first segment prominently features ASCO President Michael P. Link, MD, telling the story of progress in pediatric cancer. PBS has invited childhood cancer survivors to share their story and photos. The

PBS NewsHour will be airing a series on the 40th Anniversary of the National Cancer Act beginning tonight. The first segment will air this evening at 6:25 p.m. EST or 25 minutes past the hour that the program runs in your market. It prominently features ASCO President Michael P. Link, MD, telling the story of progress in pediatric oncology.
The second part of the series focuses on the future of cancer care and is tentatively scheduled to air tomorrow night.
